Package details

iGA Pass Premium enables you to benefit from Fast Track, Fast Check-in, iGA Lounge, iGA Lounge Domestic, iGA Pop-Up Lounge, Buggy services and 10 times city transfer together with two additional guests. In addition, you can also benefit from 90 days’ worth of Valet & Car Parking service over the course of one year and experience the comfort of traveling above the clouds with all the privileges offered to you by iGA Pass.

To purchase an iGA Pass Premium membership, you can call our call center (444 1 442), visit our website (www.igapass.com), use the Istanbul Airport mobile app or stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks located inside Istanbul Airport’s terminal.

iGA Pass Premium membership is valid for one year starting from the activation date.

Members can benefit from Fast Track, Fast Check-in, iGA Lounge, iGA Lounge Domestic, iGA Pop-Up Lounge and Buggy services as many times as they wish, while Valet & Car Parking is limited to 90 days and city transfer is limited to 10 times.

Eligibilities under yearly iGA Pass membership packages are exclusive to the package owner and cannot be used individually by, nor be transferred to, any person who does not travel with the package owner.

iGA Pass yearly membership packages cannot be used individually by any person that is not accompanied by the package owner.


Conditions

  • In order for an İGA Pass member to use the İGA Lounge, the time remaining to the boarding time on the valid boarding pass must be less than 6 hours. IGA Pass members and their accompanying guests are limited to 6 hours for lounge use.
  • To benefit from our services, you can log in on the Istanbul Airport mobile app, go to your member profile where you will find a QR code, and show the code to our staff at the relevant iGA Pass service points.

  • Minor guests aged 0-18 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Premium can use our services without any deduction from the right to bring a guest.
  • Fast Check-in is only available on contracted airlines.
  • Contracted airlines are listed under the Fast Check-in service description.
  • Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel, or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.
  • There is no Buggy service from the flight gates on the arrivals floor. Please see the Buggy service details for Buggy service points.
  • Valet & Car Park usages are calculated on a daily basis.
  • If Valet & Car Park is used for more than 90 days, an additional fee is charged.
  • Members wishing to use Valet & Car Park services, must stop by the manuel payment points and exercise their usage rights before leaving the parking area.
  • Payment points for Valet & Car Park are located in Purple and Red Car Park P3. Members who have only benefitted from the Valet service may also use the payment points inside the terminal which are available across gate 9 on the domestic arrivals floor, and across gate 13 on the international arrivals floor.
  • Vehicle license plate information changes can be made via the call center (444 1 442).
  • City Transfer service is only available in Istanbul.
  • City Transfer must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the requested transfer time.
  • In city transfer service, the meeting point of the passenger with the company agent is across exit gate 14 on the international arrivals floor, while the vehicle departure point is on the ""city transportation"" floor (floor -2).
  • TAYA Yolcu Hizmetleri A.Ş. reserves the right to make changes in the services contained in iGA Pass packages.

If you are flying with one of the contracted airlines listed below, you can benefit from the Fast Check-in by going over to the Business Check in counter of your airline and declaring your iGA Pass membership.

Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.

Fast Check-in Counter G39 is dedicated to iGA Pass members flying with Turkish Airlines.

    iGA Lounge service is limited to 6 hours of usage.

    There are 3 separate Buggy stations at the international departures floor, namely stations north, east and west.

    • International west buggy station dedicated to international boarding gates A, B, C, E and
    • International north buggy station dedicated to international boarding gate D
    • International east buggy station dedicated to international boarding gates A, B, C, E and F

    There is only one buggy station at the domestic departures floor. 

    At the arrivals floor, you may just visit the buggy stations located at the corridor in front of the exit gates and ask for a buggy by using the phone located at the station.

    • Vehicle drop-off points from guest to valet: There are 2 vehicle drop-off points at the departures floor, namely 1 across entrance gate 2 for domestic flights and 1 across entrance gate 5 for international flights, plus 1 more vehicle drop-off point at the CIP area.
    • Vehicle pick-up points from valet to guest: There are 2 vehicle pick-up points at the arrivals floor, namely 1 across exit gate 9 for domestic flights and 1 across exit gate 13 for international flights.

    Service details

    • İGA PASS Premium members can use the urban transfer service up to 10 times a year free of charge.
    • İGA PASS Premium members who want to use the service can call our Call Center at 444 1 442 or send an email to reservation@igapass.com to make their booking.
    • Urban transfer service is available within the borders of Istanbul only.
    • Bookings for urban transfer service must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested hour of service.
    • When booking, İGA Pass Premium members are required to specify the date and hour of their flight, the flight code, their ID card number or passport number, their pick-up address, or as the case may be, their drop-off address, time information, number of people, and number of luggage.
    • No address change can be made in the car.
    • The allocated car type may vary according to number of people and luggage requirements.
    • The allocated car segment may vary according to availability.

    Variation and Cancellation Conditions

    • Transfer cancellation or variation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the booked service hour by calling our Call Center at 444 1 442 or sending an email to customercare@igairport.aero.
    • Urban transfer bookings that are not cancelled or changed in due time will drop from the remaining urban transfer rights of the İGA Pass Premium member.

    Delays attributable to the member

    • In pick-up service, the car will wait for the İGA PASS Premium member up to 15 minutes. If the member cannot be reached, the car will drive back and the booking made for that transfer will drop form the remaining urban transfer rights of the member.
    • If the car and member fail to meet, the member shall call İGA Call Center to notify the situation, whereupon immediate action will be taken to arrange the meeting. If the member leaves without notifying İGA Call Center of the situation, the booking made for that transfer will drop form the remaining urban transfer rights of the member.
    • If the car is late up to 15 minutes, the member will not become entitled to any extra benefits, provided that such delay is notified to the İGA PASS Premium member.

    Measures taken against Covid-19

    • All vehicles are provided with a separator to prevent contact between driver and guests.
    • All luggage of our guests is disinfected directly at delivery and put into the vehicle only thereafter.
    • The interior of all vehicles is disinfected with a spray system after each service.
    • After disinfection, the vehicles’ rear doors are sealed with a sticker that will be removed by the next guest to use the vehicle.
    • Also, all vehicles are disinfected in full detail at the end of each day.
    • All vehicles are provided with a hygiene kit comprising disposable medical masks, gloves, cologne (70°), hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for use by our guests.
    • Vehicles are allowed to board only half of their actual passenger capacity.
    • All vehicles are provided with a thermometer. Body temperature of both guests and driver is measured and recorded prior to service.
    • All vehicles’ HVAC filters are disinfected regularly, with the system set to intake fresh air from outside.
    • Hand sanitizers are available at vehicle entrance.
    • All drivers are wearing a mask, visor and gloves.
    • All drivers receive regular training on the pandemic, Covid-19 virus and emergency procedures.
    • Health check is applied to all drivers at regular intervals and their body temperature is measured and recorded before each shift every day.

    iGA Pass Premium members have up to 20% discount at Unifree Duty Free stores.

    Campaign Terms and Conditions
    • The discount rate on technological items is 10%. There is no discount on products by Apple or Dyson, nor on any gaming console products.
    • The campaign does not include alcohol and tobacco products.
    • iGA Pass members can benefit from the discount with the QR code they can get from the campaigns page or by showing physical proof of their membership.
    • Discount rights cannot be transferred to other persons, nor be used by any person other than the member themselves.
    • The campaign is valid at Unifree Duty Free stores located in Istanbul Airport international departures and arrivals floor.
    • The campaign cannot be combined with other special offers.
    • Taya Yolcu Hizmetleri A.Ş & Unifree Duty Free İşletmeciliği A.Ş reserves the right to make changes in the campaign conditions.
